Sending support requests via email is not very convenient. Please provide real-time support so that we can get answers faster.

The AI assistant would be fine if it has access to complete and consistent updated docs. Unfortunately LS documentation is not great, and so the AI really struggles to give detailed information. I think the AI helper could really use some dedicated internal support docs (and ongoing/real-time updates).
If LS isn’t going to provide real-time support, then the minimum they should do is this commitment support documentation.
