I’m setting up the Customer Portal for my clients, however the portal does not display the Files for the purchased product.
It shows the Files in the Portal Designer, but not when actually using the portal in prod. I’m using variants.
Check the attached screenshot: there is no Files section there, however the product variants do have files for the user to download (and they do appear in My Orders)
