I currently use the email feature to communicate with customers who have purchased a specific product. I offer two variants of my digital products:
Free watermarked version – provided for evaluation purposes.
Paid full-use version – the official product.
When sending updates or new releases, I need the ability to target only the paid variant. Currently, emails are sent to all customers of a product, which includes free trial users. Therefore, sending updates to paid users would currently also send them to users of the free watermarked version.
It would be very helpful to have an option to filter email recipients by product variant, so that updates can be sent exclusively to paying customers.
