If you gave the product for free, I’d understand. But you don’t. Then why are you using my website to get free publicity for you? I absolutely dislike it. Please remove it, or make it optional.

Surely it’s to ensure your customer that the checkout they’re using has integrity?

Agreed. I’d even be happy with it being more subtle… but it is absolutely not subtle in any way. Totally unecessary.
