You haven’t released anything since being acquired by Stripe. Also, the app just keeps getting bugs on a weekly basis, and already-reported bugs are not being fixed (I personally reported 2 bugs many many months ago, they are still happening, with one of them making me lose money).
And your support is utterly unresponsive.
I like your product, but to be honest I’m concerned… I’ve been very frustrated with your service for several months now. I hope I don’t need to start looking for alternatives.

Same thing for me. Support unresponsive and the same bug keeps happening - orders have a small chance of getting stuck during the automatic transaction completion process and my customers get their money taken without it being reflected in my dashboard or webhooks. I then have to send an email to support in the hopes that they manually resolve each specific transaction. This is very very bad for business. I am also on the lookout for alternatives.
