The customer support experience is incredibly frustrating because it takes 5 days to get a response that demonstrates a clear disregard to understand my product + makes no attempts to explain on how I can resolve lemonsqueezy’s concern on rejecting my product.
I’m trying to launch keywordsPal.com, a simple SaaS but I can’t even mention the word “custom” in any of my pages because it’ll be taken the wrong way. Here’s the response:
