As a customer - not seller - on your service, I need an invoice for a subscription fee every month.
Currently, I have to generate it manually:
- log in
- find the payment
- enter all my address data every time
- download the pdf
This is very annoying. In fact so annoying, that I will cancel the subscription.
I would suggest two features:
- save all the data on the generate invoice mask (address and language) in my profile and use it on the next invoice
- option to receive an invoice automatically via email with every new payment
