Paypal Pending Status Support via Webhook

If the payment method is PayPal it can sometimes take two days to a week before we receive confirmation from PayPal and be shown in lemonsqueezy dashboard + receive a webhook. During this time, users believe they have successfully paid, but we have no record of the transaction, leading to frustration, support requests, and in many cases, users requesting refunds or cancellations.

Same issue here. This bug is still happening
