I reported a bug via a Twitter DM to @lmsqueezy several days ago, and I’ve had no response so far, no acknowledgement of the issue or anything. (And the bug is an ugly one)
Also, a few weeks ago, several times I reported that something was not working and all I got was “OK, thanks”, but the bug would keep happening, so I have no clue if the person handling DMs on Twitter did actually do something with that information.
We need more transparency on how you’re dealing with issues, so that we are not kept in the dark, wondering what’s going on.
Maybe you can setup a GitHub repo, for us to add bugs, and be able to track them.
I really like LemonSqueezy as a platform. But the experience with the support is, so far, very frustrating.
