The Discounts API endpoint will list the redemption limit for a particular discount, but not the number of times it has been redeemed already.
If we could poll a specific discount to check how many times it has been redeemed, we could set up early-warning systems for discounts that are about to hit their redemption limit.
This would be helpful for businesses which try to limit redemptions for big-discount codes to specific groups of customers. Limiting redemptions helps with mitigating against coupon code leaks, but often causes codes to hit their limit and become non-functional for legitimate customers.
