EU consumers have the right to withdrawal (14 days) from a purchase.
This does not apply for digital content, where the performance or access to the digital content has begun with the consumer’s prior consent and the consumer acknowledged that in doing so, they would lose their right of withdrawal.
The merchant must obtain the consumer’s express consent to waive this right with an opt-in checkbox. Only if the declaration in the opt-in box is checked off should the order be able to be successfully triggered.
Therefore my request is to introduce a required checkbox for EU customers to waive their right to withdraw from the purchase for shops with a no return policy.

A must-have addition!
